• Lead and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches
• Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities
• Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness
• Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization
• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop use case benefits explanation, business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, data dictionaries, client journey, user stories..etc
• Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Derive actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and AI model development
• Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to ensure data readiness and integration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders
• Provide thought leadership and innovative strategy for wholesale banking ( across Payments, Trade, Credit Management and Operational Productivity )

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to work with data science teams
