Job summary

A leading marine and offshore service company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage KPI tracking, data analysis, and presentation of performance results. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in external audit, along with a strong understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach is desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in external audit, preferably in Big4/Mid-tier audit firm.
• 0 - 2 years experience in data analysis or data visualisation.
• Good understanding of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on departmental level KPI, OGSM, and OKR statuses.
• Work with IT to bring important business data to BI platform.
• Build dashboards to present KPIs and key data to Management team.
• Analyse performance results and identify gaps for new business initiatives.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on status of departmental level KPI, OGSM and OKR for respective departments. Understand and explain the drivers behind the movements in KPIs

• Work with IT to bring the important key business data to BI platform

• Build dashboard to present KPIs, costs and key data (such as operating metrics) to Management team to improve visibility and ensure Management team is aligned on the numbers

• Analyse performance results, KPIs, and other operational metrics and trends to identify gaps and opportunities where new business projects or initiatives need to be developed and launched.

• Run business improvement and optimisation projects to resolve business constraints, pain points and gaps to drive business competitiveness
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accountancy, Business Management, Data Analytics and etc)

• Minimum 3 years working experience in external audit (preferably in Big4/Mid-tierauditfirm)

• 0 - 2 years working experiences in data analysis or data visualisation related job scopes

• Good understanding on Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate will be a strong plus.

• Detailed, meticulous and organised personality to handle large amounts of data in structured way

• Strong verbal and writing (documentation) skills in English

• Ability to read and speak Chinese (Mainly due to close collaboration with Chinese speaking counterpart)

• Willing to learn new things from system and technological perspectives

• High effective execution and strong sense of responsibility

• Proactive and have goal-oriented approach to problem solving
