Job description

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Senior Building Executive to assist their Building team for the next phase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible. The Senior Building Executive is responsible for:

Duties

• Conduct daily checks to ensure the building is in satisfactory and serviceable condition.
• Follow up with necessary rectifications or provide recommendations to management.
• Manage security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, irrigation, lifting systems, car parks, building repairs, and fire safety.
• Oversee the functionality and maintenance of common amenities and facilities.
• Collaborate with the M&E team for necessary testing or inspections during unit fit-outs and reinstatements.
• Inspect fire protection systems regularly, ensuring they are operational and compliant.
• Execute fire drills and act as a member of the Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• Liaise with tenants, the public, and relevant authorities regarding improvement works.
• Assist in budgeting for operations and capital expenditures.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and proper record-keeping of building-related documents.
• Recommend and implement necessary improvement works in collaboration with management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
