Building and maintaining strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and other market counterparts.
Preparing and circulating market reports, updates, and fixture lists to support clients and colleagues.
Monitoring freight markets, industry news, and vessel positions to identify opportunities for clients.
Coordinating with operations and post-fixture teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Developing and implementing business strategies to expand market presence and profitability.
Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to inform strategic decision making.
Driving new business development initiatives to secure new clients and expand business in the region.
At least 10 years dedicated experience as a chemical tanker ship broker
Successful track record as profitable ship broker in the Intra-Asia chemical market
Good knowledge and experience fixing ships for of a range of chemical products
Well educated with Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or similar
