• Support the Head of Department and Building Managers in capital replacements and upgrades.

• Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for civil and building systems, ensuring functionality and serviceability at all times.
• Audit and monitor the service standards of specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers.
• Support the Head of Department and Building Managers in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects.
• Coordinate and support the companies projects and minor works.
• Planning and overseeing upgrades and improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in ACMV Setting in Healthcare Environment
