Job summary

Good co India specializes in building scalable blockchain solutions for enterprise and Web3 applications. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain components, smart contracts, and backend services using Node.js, Go, Python, or TypeScript.

You will work with Ethereum and Layer 1/2 networks, build dApps and APIs, and ensure robust security practices. Leadership and collaboration with product and security teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software engineering with blockchain/Web3
• Strong Ethereum, EVM, Solidity, and DApp expertise
• Proven production-grade smart contracts deployment
• Proficient in Solidity and at least one of Go, Rust, Python, JS/TS
• Hands-on with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Remix
• Knowledge of smart-contract security, testing, auditing, gas optimization
• Experience with DeFi, tokenization, NFTs, DAOs, stablecoins, staking
• Understanding of Layer 1/2 networks and ecosystems
• Backend/distributed-systems: REST APIs, microservices, databases
• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps
• Experience in financial services/fintech for Singapore roles desirable
• KYC/AML, digital-asset regulations knowledge a plus
• Strong problem solving, communication, leadership
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s advantageous; Certifications desirable

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable blockchain solutions
• Develop and deploy smart contracts with Solidity and EVM
• Build and integrate dApps, wallets, tokenization platforms
• Design on-chain/off-chain architecture and data storage
• Work with Ethereum and Layer 1/2 networks
• Develop backend services using Node.js/Go/Python/TypeScript
• Implement testing, security, and gas optimization
• Participate in architecture and code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
