Job summary

Ledger is seeking a data-centric professional to own end-to-end data projects, from metrics definition to deploying analytical models. You will build scalable pipelines and create dashboards to reveal trends, with a focus on on-chain and off-chain blockchain data.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to inform strategic decisions, monitor performance, and ensure data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in blockchain data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data engineering tools.
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using tools like dbt and Airflow.
• Perform in-depth analysis of large-scale, complex blockchain data (on-chain and off-chain) to uncover key trends and optimize product features.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Monitor company performance, track revenue, and identify user segments to support strategic direction.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards using tools like Tableau.
• Ensure data quality and accessibility for the entire organization.
• Master a cutting-edge technical stack (Python, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Generative AI tools).
