Job summary

AbbVie Singapore seeks a senior leader to provide site-wide governance for the Process Hygiene program across Biologics Manufacturing, covering Central Services, Cell Culture and Purification. You will align with global standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role includes owning site-level reporting and leveraging microbial and environmental data to inform contamination-control priorities. You will mentor a high-performing team, ensure cGMP compliance, and prepare for regulatory

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in biologics/pharmaceutical manufacturing, aseptic processing, microbiology or GMP-regulated environment.
Demonstrated people leadership, strategic planning, governance and cross-functional project leadership.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, contamination control, aseptic processing, quality systems and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

Provide site-wide governance for contamination and cross-contamination risk assessments and FMEAs.
Oversee regulatory compliance, audits and inspections with clear communication of strategy and risks.
Lead cross-functional process hygiene initiatives and develop the Process Hygiene team.
Partner with global Process Hygiene to align standards and drive continuous improvement.
Represent Process Hygiene in site governance forums and management reviews.
