Qualifications

• Prior experience in an M&E contractor environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and drafting of MEP layouts and plant room arrangements.
• Carry out detailed coordination drawings for accuracy.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Interpret and extract relevant information from various discipline drawings.
• Assist Project Manager and Engineers with planning and site inspections.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and drafting of MEP layouts, sectional details, space management plans, and plant room arrangements.


• Carry out detailed coordination drawings and ensure accuracy across multiple disciplines.


• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software.


• Interpret and extract relevant information from architectural, structural, and other discipline drawings.


• Assist the Project Manager and Engineers in coordination, planning, and attending site meetings or inspections when required.

Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, BIM, or equivalent field.


• 8 years of relevant drafting and coordination experience.


• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.


• Prior experience in an M&E contractor environment is essential.
