Job Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Stéph
• Prepare as‑built drawings, shop drawings in 3D BIM Models of ACMV systems and authorities’ submission.
• Document submission of technical data, shop drawings etc.
• Ensure the models align with the local regulatory standards and meet the requirements of the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
• Coordinate with the design/project team on ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Conduct clashgegevens detection and coordinate with other services.
• Assist the Project in-charge in determining the project schedule.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant working experience as a BIM Coordinator in Mechanical/AC Kommunikations- system for buildings/medical center/data center projects in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
• Familiarity with Navisworks is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
