Company: MMC Corporate Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resource team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in either Singapore or Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Benefits Specialist, you will manage vendors responsible for the day-to-day administration of MMC's benefit plans and programs, ensuring compliance with plan documents and applicable laws across Asia Pacific and India. You will recommend plan design changes based on industry experience, stakeholder feedback, and best practices, and manage the annual contract review and execution process in coordination with local, regional, and global HR, HRS, Payroll, and CIS teams.

We will count on you to:

  • Plan major design changes with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders, evaluate downstream impacts on Darwin, Workday, Payroll, and other interfaces, and prepare functional business requirements and specifications for system enhancements.
  • Facilitate review of system processing in development and testing environments.
  • Support and coordinate benefits administration and assist HR/HRS with employee inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain processes related to surveys, company benefits compliance, and internal and external reporting obligations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert with vendors, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders during contract review processes and ensure benefits content on MMC intranet (Colleague Connect) is accurate and updated in applicable languages.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant in-house Benefits Management experience with regional exposure.
  • Experience managing Senior stakeholders and External vendors (e.g. Brokers/Insurers).
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Have an eye for numbers and flexible mindset.
