• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based projects, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Full Product Lifecycle: Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle—requirements analysis, design, development, and testing—to optimize product performance and enhance user experience.

Design of Large-Scale Business Systems: Extensive hands-on experience in designing and maintaining large-scale business systems, with expertise in system architecture, performance optimization, and ensuring reliable data processing at scale.
• Project & Team Leadership: End-to-End Project Management: Strong ability to define project goals, set realistic timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. Team Building & Mentorship: 3+ years of experience in recruiting, growing, and leading high-performing teams through positive reinforcement, mutual respect, and leading by example.
