Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design and run secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS, with emphasis on automation and reliability.

You will build IaC with Terraform, manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git, and deploy containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.

Collaborate across security, development, and operations to implement DevSecOps and monitor performance with Prometheus and Grafana.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud/DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise in Terraform-based IaC and AWS services.
• Proficient in Jenkins and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and AWS networking (VPC, IAM).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Build and maintain IaC with Terraform.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git.
• Deploy and manage Docker/Kubernetes containerized apps.
• Automate deployment with Ansible and scripting.
• Configure core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, Route 53).
• Implement cloud security controls and DevSecOps practices.
• Monitor cloud environments with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with dev, security, and ops to improve reliability.
