This full-time onsite role involves providing technical support and maintenance for AV systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in equipment setups. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience, good understanding of AV systems, and strong problem-solving skills. The position requires willingness to travel to various client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AV support or field service.
• Good understanding of AV systems and basic signal flow.
• Familiarity with networking and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for AV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from Level 1 support.
• Assist in installing and setting up AV equipment.
