• Performs major repairs and overhauls on customer vehicles.

• Plans repair procedures using charts, manuals, and experience.
• Tests functionality of parts and systems.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults, including ECU diagnostics, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Carries out major repairs on engines, gearboxes, and aircon systems, including component removal, rebuild, and replacement.
• Handles major repairs on suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain systems.
• Keeps the repair shop clean and organized.
• Maintains a professional appearance.

Responsibilities
