Qualifications

Role Summary: Your role is to optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity through innovative applications, breakthrough analysis, and strategic planning to enhance production processes and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Solution Development: Design, develop & implement end‑to‑end automation solutions for IT processes and business workflow
• IT System Integration: Integrate machine and equipment applications for data collection and status monitoring to establish a robust system for management and adjustment.
• Monitor & maintenance: Monitor automated systems to ensure stability & efficiency, ensure seamless cooperation between the core factory infrastructure and the production execution system (SiView). Define precise specifications for tools and monitors to facilitate full automation and successfully meet established goals.
• Cross Function collaboration: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database tools adhere to standard and meet goals.
• Development & Integration: Establish and enhance planning capabilities to optimize fab capacities to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive the implementation of processes towards achieving 100% automation and 0% deviation escape goals in the 12‑inch Fab.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 year related experience in Factory Automation or Real time dispatch
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology is preferable.
• Knowledge of SPC, FDC, CIM, and Full Automation, and Quality Management.
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Proficiency in utilising SiView or Factorywork systems.
• Capability of RTD (Real‑Time Dispatching) is a plus
