Job description

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Project Manager and clients to define design requirements.
• Develop concepts and design advanced automation equipment.
• Select key components — sensors, pneumatics, motors, servos, robotics.
• Prepare and manage BOMs using SAP.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fabrication partners.
• Support technicians in equipment assembly and testing.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards (ISO, IEC).
• Report on project milestones and provide technical support.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in automation equipment design.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and sensor selection.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D and EPDM.
• Familiarity with factory automation systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of machine safety standards and reliability engineering.
