Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate business processes suitable for automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA or workflow automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Build automation scripts and integrations using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Ensure automation solutions follow architectural standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Optimize existing automations to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for automation incidents.
• Lead automation initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior analysts or developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership.
• Develop documentation including process maps, technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with change management, risk controls, and audit standards.
• Maintain a repository of reusable components and automation best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation development, business process automation, or RPA.
• Hands‑on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), or orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience mentoring team members or leading automation projects.
