Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance frameworks.
• Develop automation roadmaps and recommend tools, technologies, and best practices to support long-term automation maturity.
• Build, test, and deploy automated workflows using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or custom scripts (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.).
• Create reusable components, templates, and automation frameworks to improve development efficiency and ensure scalability.
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and backend systems.
• Analyze system and bot performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability, accuracy, and speed.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for automation failures and implement durable corrective actions.
• Ensure automation solutions meet requirements for performance, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, document processes, and optimize workflows before automation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior automation developers and analysts.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and benefits to stakeholders, business partners, and leadership teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, solution designs, test plans, and support guides.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards, including data protection and access control policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in automation development, business process automation, or RPA.
• Proficiency with one or more automation platforms: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or equivalent.
• Strong scripting capabilities using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience working with APIs, SQL, and integrations with enterprise systems and applications.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
• Background in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma (certification preferred).
