Job summary

A professional automotive service company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Senior Automotive Assessor to guide customers through the repair process. You will help customers understand their repair options, navigate insurance claims, and ensure vehicles are back on the road safely. Key requirements include a minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology, at least 3 years of automotive industry experience, and possession of a Class 3 Driving License.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and repair estimates.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to identify common vehicle faults and repair needs.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Singaporean and Permanent Resident only.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the repair process with confidence and care.
• Provide professional repair recommendations to customers.
• Log gear reporting details accurately into the system.
• Assess and classify accident repair types using the BOLA guidelines.
• Schedule vehicle inspections with appointed surveyors.
• Represent customers in discussions with insurers regarding coverage.
• Prepare and send Letter of Demand to insurers.
• Administer paperwork related to repairs and claims.
