Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or professional accounting qualifications recognised by MIA or ACCA.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience in an audit firm as an Audit Senior.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and work under pressure.
• Mandarin proficiency is vital to deal with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client acceptance, risk assessment, and analytical procedures.
• Execute audit plan, audit procedures, carry out proper sampling procedures, prepare AWPs and support engagement completion.
• Perform research and resolve technical difficulties and communicate with clients and engagement teams on audit issues.
• Ensure timely submission of work and follow up on review points.
• Track project progress, identify service gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and self-study.
• Establish good working relationships with clients and engagement team members.
• Lead, manage and provide guidance to junior auditors.
• Handle any other job tasks assigned by audit partner.
