Job summary

Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a contract position to support the Ecosperity Programme Office (EPO) in advocacy strategies and convenings. You will help administer partnerships, manage high-level guest RSVP processes, and assist in preparing briefing materials for strategic reviews.

The role also covers onsite support for convenings and flexible work on emerging priorities and ad-hoc projects within a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy development and/or executing high-impact events.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ecosperity partnerships workstream in administering partnership agreements and delivering partnership benefits, in line with evolving policies.
• Oversee RSVP guest database, prioritisation and handling of VIP stakeholders, and provide invitation strategy guidance.
• Prepare executive-ready briefing materials (slide decks and notes) for strategic reviews and decisions.
• Provide onsite support for Ecosperity convenings.
• Provide flexible support on emerging priorities and ad-hoc projects.
