Job summary

Changi Airport Group is driving safety management for the Terminal 5 development, ensuring aerodrome safety, WSH compliance, and site operations are met. The role involves supporting safety systems, managing projects, and leveraging technology to improve safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to organise safety training, review risk assessments, and prepare reports for tender evaluations and milestone tracking.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of relevant working experience in large corporations or government agencies, preferably in Safety Management or a related field.
• Strong drive and initiative, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance safety management systems for Terminal 5 development works.
• Support project management and explore technology adoption to strengthen safety and operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain safety procedures and organise training programmes.
• Conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders and monitor performance indicators.
• Act as secretariat for stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, and review risk assessments.

Changi Airport Group is part of the inter-agency team developing Changi East, which encompasses Changi Airport’s future Terminal 5. We welcome you to join us today as part of the team shaping Singapore's aviation future

As part of the Changi East Safety function, you will join a team responsible for ensuring that construction works and related activities are carried out safely and in compliance with aerodrome safety, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), and site operational requirements. In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of safety management systems for Terminal 5 (T5) development works, manage projects, and explore the adoption of technology to strengthen safety and operational effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain safety procedures, organise safety training programmes, and conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders. You will also serve as the secretariat for stakeholder meetings to drive the achievement of key milestones, including preparing meeting agendas, monitoring and reporting performance indicators, compiling safety data for trend analysis, and reviewing risk assessments.

Requirements:

1. Degree in any discipline, with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in large corporations or government agencies, preferably in Safety Management or a related field.
2. Possess strong drive and initiative, be meticulous, and be able to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
