Job summary

A leading dental care provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure timely processing of dental reports and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess GCE 'O' Level and have good problem-solving and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. This position requires a strong team player committed to maintaining accurate dental records and assisting in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Prior working experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely processing of dental reports and related requests.
  • Monitor and track completion of reports and liaise with departments.
  • Respond to enquiries related to records requisition.
  • Provide administrative support for scanning and indexing dental records.
  • Maintain inventory records for storage and retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely processing of dental reports and related requests in accordance with set guidelines and procedures.
  • Monitor and track completion of the required reports and liaise with clinical departments and patients / customers to facilitate the completion of the requests.
  • Respond to enquiries and feedback professionally related to records requisition.
  • Provide administrative support in ensuring the dental records are scanned and indexed accurately in the Clinical System.
  • Maintain inventory records: track and organise the dental records for storage (inhouse/offsite), retrieval and destruction services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails which including franking of mails and internal mails distribution.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level and above
  • Candidate with prior working experience in healthcare setting will be in advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good team player
