Senior Associate (M&A | Investment Holding Company)

Our client is a large investment holding company headquartered in Singapore with an active investment portfolio across multiple industries. This role focuses on M&A execution, deal evaluation, and portfolio value creation. You will combine financial acumen with commercial judgment to support investment decisions and strategic transactions across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support end-to-end M&A processes including target identification, due diligence, valuation, and deal execution
  • Build and own financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and assess valuation metrics for investment and divestment decisions
  • Partner with portfolio leaders to evaluate capital allocation opportunities and post-deal integration plans
  • Conduct market and industry analysis to identify trends, potential acquisitions, and partnership opportunities
  • Prepare investment papers, presentation decks, and financial reports for senior management and board-level discussions
Key Requirements
  • 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate development, or private equity
