Job Summary

SGX is seeking a driven and capable Information Security professional to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. This role will play a key part in strengthening identity and access management, enhancing security controls, and supporting the organization’s compliance and operational excellence objectives.

The successful candidate will report into SGX’s IAM Lead and partner closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to manage and improve IAM operations, contribute to initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in access management practices.

This position offers strong exposure to enterprise-grade IAM, PKI and PAM platforms, with opportunities to further develop technical expertise and take ownership of critical security processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and run the end-to-end IAM BAU operations, including user provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and SLAs
• Support optimization and day-to-day operation of IAM, Microsoft PKI, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Execute access reviews, certification campaigns, and privilege recertification activities to meet audit and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and process workflows
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to troubleshoot IAM issues and support integrations
• Participate in IAM transformation initiatives, including application onboarding, automation, and IGA programs
• Support identity-related incidents including investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation
• Support audit, risk, and compliance activities ensuring alignment to policies and regulatory expectations
• Track and report IAM metrics, KPIs, and operational performance

Job Requirements

• Perform end-to-end access management (provisioning, modification, deprovisioning) in line with policies and SLAs
• Execute access reviews and certification campaigns, including remediation tracking
• Apply and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege principles
• Support IAM, Microsoft PKI and PAM tools administration
• Assist in application onboarding and integrations for SSO.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and access issues
• Support privileged access monitoring and governanceEnsure compliance with enterprise-wide policies, and audit requirements
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and access records
• Contribute to process improvements and automation
• Track and report operational metrics and access risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective access management

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT, Identity Management, Cybersecurity, or Information Security
• Hands‑on experience in IAM or access management in enterprise environments
• Good understanding of security concepts, policies, and controls
• Familiarity with AD / Azure AD, IAM/PAM solutions, MFA, and PKI basics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to balance security and business needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
