A global consulting firm in Singapore seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to support Human Resources across various functions. You will need at least 8 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is crucial, with knowledge of Workday and Power BI as added advantages. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture and implementing HR initiatives.

You will be the primary interface and strategic People & Culture business partner for assigned functions in Global Business Function.
You will work closely with the business, supporting their needs across the full spectrum of Human Resources including compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and budgeting etc.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice pertaining to HR issues as well as comprehensive HR solutions to organizational issues proactively.
You will ensure HR policies are implemented according to established guidelines.
You are also expected to execute HR initiatives and programs effectively and be involved in continuous process review/ improvement projects.
You will also be involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
