Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Advisory Services/ Corporate Finance to support and manage restructuring, insolvency, litigation support and forensic engagements.

The role focuses on corporate finance assignments, including due diligence, business valuation for IFRS and advisory work for M&A. You will participate in forensic accounting and fraud investigations, and draft clear client reports with strong valuation insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance engagements including financial due diligence and valuation for IFRS and M&A.
• Undertake ad-hoc forensic accounting, fraud investigation and litigation support projects.
• Draft insightful reports and memos with financial reporting and valuation knowledge.

• Possess financial reporting and valuation knowledge and be able to draft insightful reports and memos.
• Plan, execute and manage engagements effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate confidently with clients and manage their needs and expectations.
