Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in Consulting or equivalent Strategy/Transformation/Operations roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Demonstrated leadership in team settings.

Responsibilities

Lead a component of a project within engagement teams.
Formulate how problems should be structured and drive analyses.
Translate insights into practical recommendations tailored to client contexts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with priorities.
Mentor junior team members and foster a high‑performance environment.
