Senior / Associate Executive (Oncologic Imaging)

You will co-ordinate and provide administrative support in the Department of Oncologic Imaging, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of departmental activities.

Your duties will include:

  • Set up and maintain office files and records of radiological and clinical activities and outcomes conducted by the department.
  • Prepare and follow up on the outcomes of each Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) assessment attendance scheduled.
  • Collate and follow up on complete entries of the results of screening reads and assessment workouts of clients completed by the Centre for the BSS project.
  • Prepare statistical reports of imaging, reading and assessment activities completed for the BSS Project.
  • Prepare list of cases for clinical pathology reviews, coordinating with the relevant participants of the review records.
  • Prepare list of no-show attendances and follow up on correspondences with clients or through BSS Project providers, as spelled out in the BSS work processes.
  • Ensure adequate BSS Project stationery and materials available for screening, reading and assessment activities in the centre.
  • Maintain and update on revision of materials and stationery used for the BSS Project.
  • Take and transcribe dictation of all radiological requests and records completed by the department.
  • Compose and type correspondences and documents used by the department and for the BSS Project.

Job Requirements

  • GCE 'A' level/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Literacy in computer and office administrative skills - must include audiotyping
  • Relevant experience in radiology department preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
