HealthUP! aims to promote health screening and the adoption of healthy living habits among the population. You will support the HealthUP! team by providing administrative, operational and logistical support to ensure programme excellence.

As part of this role, you will manage member recruitment for HealthUP! and oversee their health journey by tracking and ensuring adherence to their individualised health action plans. Your responsibilities include providing follow-up reminders, addressing general enquiries, and coordinating outreach activities such as roadshows. You will also handle basic supply chain duties including stock-taking and procurement of materials, while supporting community-based preventive health events and activities.

Your administrative duties include coordinating meetings, preparing venues and materials, as well as managing financial records such as expenses, invoices and delivery orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Available to support community-based events during weekends
