Job Description
  • Manage departmental reporting and documentation, including monthly productivity reports, telehealth records, daily absentee updates, AHP training hours, and maintenance of staff records, licenses, subscriptions, and system access (e.g., Rooster, CorpPass).
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for essential documents such as BCLS records, hand hygiene and PPE forms, media engagements, e-learning proofs.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental operations by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, processing requests, and assisting with general office workflows to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
  • Manage financial processes by handling cost-centre matters, verifying e-pay transactions, submitting honorarium requests, and raising eBARF amendments to ensure smooth departmental financial operations.
  • Coordinate IT and staffing logistics by serving as the main contact for IT/ID requests, managing IT equipment leasing and replacement, and handling full onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and students, including system access and payment setup.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Managementor equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
