Overview
Provision of operations and technical support for site HVAC & Utilities equipment, systems and related matters pertaining to routine operations, maintenance, and minor projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Support start-up activities, commissioning, and handover of equipment & systems from project to users/operation.
- Assist in drafting of GMP documents including SOPs, forms, etc.
- Assist in investigations, change controls and CAPAs.
- Operate/perform/coordinate routine corrective and preventive maintenance for HVAC & utilities equipment and systems (e.g., Chillers, cooling towers, Standby Generators, AHUs, FCUs, final/submain distribution boards, etc).
- Oversee work performed by external service contractors for routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Perform maintenance activities scheduling on demand.
- Identify/rectify equipment problems and complete corrective maintenance in a safe, compliant, and timely manner without affecting operations.
- Ensure all field operations, works and activities are executed in line with EHS and Quality Site Procedures and local Statutory Codes.
- Execute and complete all works and relevant documentation with strict adherence to time and procedural requirements.
- Be an advocate of EHS compliance and initiatives.
- Where cGMP requirements apply, ensure deliverables meet GDP and internal Quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
- Preferably minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in managing contractors in cGMP facility operations.
- Preferred experience in cGMP requirements for HVAC, Utilities and Maintenance.
- Must have experience in operating/maintaining rotating equipment.
- Experience in setting up maintenance systems for brown field sites will be advantageous.
- Willing to learn and continuously improve.
- Be a good team player and be able to manage vendors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Comply to NUH safety practices and standard operating procedures.
