Proactive Leader of Campaign Delivery

As a Senior Associate in the Consulting team, you are the steward of campaign delivery and the trusted voice of your projects. You drive the execution of complex workflows and serve as the essential project-level advocate, operating under the guidance and accountability of your assigned Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Stewardship & Execution
  • Project Ownership: Proactively manage the execution of end-to-end campaigns for multiple brands. You are responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Workflow Leadership: Lead and coordinate complex project workflows, orchestrating tasks across the Strategy and Creation teams.
  • Resolution: Act as the primary internal project problem-solver, swiftly resolving minor challenges and proactively flagging major issues to your Manager for resolution.
• Client & Relationship Advocacy
  • Project-Level Liaison: Build and maintain strong project-level relationships with client contacts. You are the clear point of contact for day-to-day campaign questions.
  • Expectation Management: Manage client expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables, always in alignment with your Manager’s overall account strategy.
  • Growth Identification: Identify opportunities for upselling and new business within existing projects and flag them immediately to your Manager for discussion and follow-up.
• Strategic Enablement & Quality
  • Brief Interpretation: Work closely with the Strategy team, ensuring that all strategic narratives are clearly defined and translated into actionable tasks for the Creation team.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead the final quality control process for specific projects, validating the final deliverable against the strategic brief and the client’s visual standards before submission.
  • Mentorship: Provide clear guidance and support to junior Associates, helping them master project management fundamentals.
• Core Synergies
  • You are the synergistic link connecting the Strategy team’s insights with the Creation teams’ output, ensuring the final product is both strategically sound and visually compelling.
  • Your ownership allows the Manager to focus on broader client and business portfolio strategy while you handleproject execution.
