We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Client Acceptance, Reporting to the Head of Client Acceptance, Private Client. This is a full-time and permanent position based in our Singapore office,

Key responsibilities:
  • Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM)
  • Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes
  • Engagement with 2 significant counterparts of
  • TRM to effect smooth transition of PW solutions’ life cycle from onboarding to TRM; and
  • Compliance to ensure that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards
  • Managing end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including:
  • Initial invoicing and fee recognition
  • Review KYC information and documents for new client/intermediary onboarding purpose
  • Prepare and review Trust establishment documents
  • Incorporate or transfer Trust underlying company (ies)
  • Ensure necessary company and regulatory filings are completed
  • Ensure Trust documents are saved in data system
  • Assist in initial opening bank accounts
  • Assemble Trust kits for clients
  • Prepare handover of structures to TRM team
  • Co-ordinating and assisting in marketing activities / seminars
  • Assist in assembling and maintaining of marketing materials
  • Assist in preparation of regular or ad-hoc Group or Regional business reports
  • Conduct ad hoc trainings to Shared Service Center
Key requirements:
  • Degree in Finance
  • STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Organized, meticulous, pro-active
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong relationship management skills
  • Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
  • Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime
