As an integral member of the Real Estate team, the candidate will play a critical role in supporting both the investment and asset management functions.

Investment

• Sourcing and underwriting of real estate opportunities
• Execution of real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and post-transaction management work
• Strategic planning processes, including research into new asset classes or geographies
• Portfolio management and reporting

Asset Management

• Active management of portfolio assets including strategy implementation and ensuring that operational needs are met
• Monitoring and analysis of asset trading performance and financials to support strategy and decision-making
• Market research, performance benchmarking and management reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent. Master's degree in these fields and/or CFA will be an added advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience underwriting and executing commercial real estate investment deals
• Experience in investment, asset management and asset enhancements of hotel and/or commercial properties will be an added advantage
• Experience in the UK and/or Singapore markets and value-add deals will be an added advantage
• Strong financial modelling, research and analytical skills
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues in clear and succinct way
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage tight timelines
