A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate Executive in Staffing. The role involves providing HR support, assisting with recruitment, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should have a relevant diploma and at least 2 years of administrative experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required for success in this position.
You will deliver timely and professional HR support to the staffing team. You will provide administrative assistance in the areas of recruitment, including talent sourcing, coordinating recruitment events, managing new hire onboarding processes and work pass application. Your role alsoinvolves maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS system and personnel files as well as managing office supplies inventory and reconciling corporate credit card and MOM expenses.
