The Job

You will provide administrative support to the Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) Operations team to facilitate the efficient and effective operations of the department. Your job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage HOD’s calendar, scheduling of meetings and booking of meeting venues
  • Compile data and support the department in the preparation of monthly statistics and/or reports
  • Receive department’s new hires and issue orientation checklists and training materials
  • Coordinate, maintain, verify and update records for BCLS and in-service trainings
  • Provide secretariat support for department meetings
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous with a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
