Senior Associate/ Associate Executive (Performance Management Services)

To provide administrative support and handle staff enquiries pertaining to separation, qualification salary adjustment, employment records management, and any other HR services, which are in compliance with SGH HR policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Offboarding

Manage the separation process for staff who have tendered resignation, completed employment contract or reached mandatory retirement age, and maintain a separation database.

Ensure cancellation of work passes for foreign staff, recovery of short notice amount, overpayment of salary, liquidated damages, and tax clearance by staff’s last day of service (if applicable).

Assist the Managers in keying in HR system as part of the Separation process.

Work with Finance, on monthly basis, on the payment of retirement incentives for staff who have reached statutory minimum retirement age.

Post Graduate Qualification Incentive (PGQI) / Salary adjustment

Review and update educational qualifications for nurses.

Manage the process of additional payment/salary adjustment for nurses who obtain post graduate certifications or recognised nursing degrees.

Follow-up on the primary source verification of additional qualifications submitted for adjustments.

Annual Declaration of Conflict of Interest (COI)

Handle the administration of annual Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration exercises for relevant employees.

Coordinate with relevant departments and manage employees’ queries to ensure timely submission.

Assist in management reports on COI declaration outcome and compliance rates.

Job Requirements

Diploma holder + 2 years’ experience

Conversant in basic MS Office (Excel & Word)

Preferably with hands on experience in MS automation tools like Power Query, Power Automate as well as some knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
