Position Overview

SUTD Academy is the professional and continuing education arm of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). We are committed to fostering a culture of lifelong learning, empowering individuals to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven world. Our Executive & C-Suite Programmes are designed to provide transformative learning experiences for senior leaders and decision-makers. We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Programme Management Senior Associate/ Associate to lead the operational and service delivery aspects of these programmes. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to engage confidently with senior executives, corporate partners, and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for C-Suite and executive participants, delivering a concierge-level experience throughout their learning journey.

Manage end-to-end programme execution — scheduling, logistics, venue arrangements, catering, IT/AV, and onsite support.

Partner with faculty, external trainers, and industry leaders to ensure seamless delivery and high satisfaction.

Anticipate and resolve participant needs promptly, maintaining top-tier service standards.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

Liaise with corporate clients, sponsors, and international delegations to align delivery with strategic objectives.

Manage relationships with C-Suite participants and organisations, reinforcing SUTD Academy’s reputation for excellence.

Collaborate with senior faculty, guest speakers, and executives to ensure alignment and impactful delivery.

Finance & Administration

Oversee programme budgets, vendor contracts, procurement, and fee management with accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and reporting standards inline with university and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Planning & Service Innovation

Work with leadership to elevate the executive learning experience.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and programme impact.

Contribute to the growth of the Executive & C-Suite portfolio through market insights and participant feedback.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Education, Hospitality, or related fields). Master’s degree is advantageous.

Experience: 1–3 years in programme management, executive education, client servicing, or corporate training, with exposure to senior executives/C-Suite preferred.

Skills: Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Professionalism: Discretion, diplomacy, and impeccable service when engaging with senior leaders.

Mindset: Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering premium learner experiences.

Advantageous: Familiarity with Training Management Systems (TMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
