Senior Associate/Associate, Equities Sales Support (KYC) – Vickers Securities (WD79492)

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC review and contact customers for periodic review and KYC related matters
• Conduct phone verification and liaise with customers and/or follow up with them on missing documentation/information
• Perform NS Cruise screening of alert and case management to ensure sanction/non-sanctions cases are properly disposed
• Investigate and handle complaints till resolution and handle escalation of cases from the regulators
• Prepare and tabulate monthly complaint management reporting
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within stipulated timelines with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong interest in financial services, particularly equities trading
• Basic analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
