The team works closely with Temasek's industry, markets and portfolio development teams alongside legal, tax and finance colleagues to assess and structure deals.The Senior Associate / Assistant Vice President will participate in structuring and executing complex investments and divestments, developing transaction structures to meet Temasek's investment and divestment objectives.
