As part of People & Engagement Team within the Changi East Safety Division, your role will necessitate you to support driving the promulgation of a strong safety culture and development of related promotional activities and communication channels. In this role, you will not only be required to create, review, and distribute engaging safety promotional content, you will also develop and execute initiatives to strengthen safety culture within the Changi East programme. Additionally, you will have to analyse safety performance data and use these for the development of suitable communication interventions.
