Responsibilities
  • Oversee, guide, and support a team of associates, fostering their professional growth.
  • Take the initiative in leading projects and contributing valuable insights to enhance processes.
  • Address auditor inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with property clients and fund managers.
  • Compile, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in variance analysis.
  • Compute and assess various performance metrics, benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of capital call and distribution notices for clients.
  • Review and interpret financial statements, records, and disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Verify that documentation aligns with relevant agreements and contracts.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in fund accounting and financial analysis.
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or fund administration is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
