Overview

As part of the Changi East Safety function, you will join the team responsible for ensuring that construction works and related activities are conducted safely in compliance with aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations compliance and requirements. The team ensures safety by leveraging various means, ranging from culture promulgation to the development and deployment of digital interventions.

Job Description
  • Support the deployment and management of effective safety management systems for the T5 development.
  • Manage projects and explore the adoption of technology to enhance safety and operations, for example highlighting potential safety & operational gaps that may impact the timely completion of works.
  • Drive collaboration and facilitate consensus building amongst stakeholders in the areas of safety and operations, organise safety training and conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders.
  • Serve as the secretariat for meetings with stakeholders to achieve key safety and operational milestones. Your role will include setting meeting agendas, performance reporting, safety data trend analysis and risk assessments reviews.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in large scale projects or organisations.
  • Experience in safety management including safety proposal reviews and safety audits.
  • Self-driven, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
