Job summary

A leading airport management company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate for Airport Operations Development. In this role, you will drive budgeting, procurement, and financial processes, develop business models, and implement strategic sourcing measures. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. No prior experience required, but knowledge in accounting or budget management is advantageous.

Senior Associate, Airport Operations Development (Strategic Sourcing)

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building strong relationships and driving results? We are seeking passionate individuals to join the Strategic Sourcing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing budget, procurement and financial processes. You will also develop business models and cost management strategies. In addition, you will be the key change agent for streamlining work processes, as well as operationalising new financial and procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing measures to meet business needs and financial targets.
  • Analyse spend data and develop business models to optimise procurement and reduce operational costs.
  • Act as a key agent for change, identifying opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and operationalise new financial initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements and ensure that sourcing strategies align with overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly analytical with a keen eye for details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
