Job summary

Vena Energy is seeking a Senior Associate to evaluate and execute investment opportunities across its renewable energy and data center platforms in the Asia-Pacific region. You will conduct due diligence, build robust financial models, and assess returns under various scenarios.

You will support the full investment lifecycle from screening to execution and portfolio management, monitoring asset performance and contributing to value creation through refinancing and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record from a top-tier university.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in investment management.
• Strong grounding in finance and economics.
• Advanced financial modeling and accounting capabilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for renewable energy, energy transition, and sustainable infrastructure investments.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in evaluating new investment opportunities, from market assessment to initial underwriting and deal structuring.

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support transaction negotiations and investment decision-making.
