Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of WSH programmes
• Liaise with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) coordinators from various offices/departments on EHS initiatives and reporting
• Partner with Services Planning team on design-for-safety initiatives and oversee safety aspects of construction site activities, including review of risk assessments and permits to work
• Maintain EGH’s risk registry and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Assist in the planning and delivery of in-house WSH training and promotion activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Hands‑on experience in monitoring WSH practices, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety/health management systems preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders across a multi‑generational workforce
