Job description

Join us as a Senior/ Assistant Manager in our Subvention & Pricing team, SingHealth Community Hospitals reporting to Senior Assistant Director, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial sustainability. You will be responsible for the following areas:
You will prepare reports for the Ministry of Health (MOH), identifying opportunities to enhance financial sustainability. You will support the implementation of subvention frameworks and provide financial analytics insights for dashboards and reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders to cost services and support work associated with the national costing guidelines exercise. You will lead stakeholder engagement in cost-benefit analysis for patient billing services. You will engage in regular reviews of fees to ensure market competitiveness and assist in the negotiation of patient billing rates in service level agreements.

You will serve as a business partner to various departments, providing them with financial guidance. You will take ownership of the costing system. You will drive continuous improvements in subvention and pricing processes and collaborate on cross-departmental projects that affect subvention and pricing.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA) is preferred
