We are looking for Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support the overall Human Resource Development, Scholarships and Sponsorships.

We're looking for a Sponsorship Partner who enjoys making a meaningful impact. You'll work closely with our staff as they advance their careers and elevate healthcare standards. Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to synthesise information and contribute valuable insights on your scope, to our community.
Manage Scholarships & Sponsorships Oversee the complete sponsorship process from application through bond completion. You'll manage data flows, coordinate interview panels, execute bond agreements, and serve as the primary contact for awardees and training institutions. Your responsibilities include submitting funding grant applications, preparing management reports, and maintaining accurate HR system records.
Review and Advise on Programmes Evaluate and recommend improvements to leadership on programme effectiveness and sustainability. Analyse outcomes, identify professional development trends, and assess return on investment to ensure programmes remain competitive and relevant.
Partner with Senior Management Provide strategic insights on talent development initiatives through reports and presentations. Advise on sponsorship policies, contribute to workforce planning discussions, and recommend new opportunities that align with organisational goals.
Collaborate with HR Partners Work alongside HR Business Partners to enhance support for our business units.
Manage Budget and Planning Monitor sponsorship budgets and expenditure and assist with annual Learning & Development budget preparation.
Support Special Projects Take on additional assignments and projects within the HR scope as needed.
